Why does it not appear in newsstand?

Why does it not appear in newsstand?
As good as the Recoil magazine app is for a magazine written by the same group its incredible how bad this app is.

Its 2015 guys get with the program.

Update: July 2014 and still nothing!!!!
Recoil app is great this one is the complete opposite of "great". Gave it a 1 because ZERO is not an option.
